The staff were happy to help with the little things.

Didn't like the area, it was awful.

Quiet location really close to other restaurants, the beautifully clean and square one, I felt safe. Also, main attraction such as Dubai Museum was 1 mile from this hotel.

The views were not very nice.

The whole room was spotlesswith basic facilities, the balcony, washing machine. The breakfast was above average and good and included. The hotel's staff were enthusiastic and nice all the time.

It offered an above average and satisfactory English breakfast specifically for vegetarians. The location was perfect close to everything lots of food choices close to supermarket special.

Good standard and modern accommodation with well-mannered staff with the service and the treatment of the staff. Residential location, chilled-out base for discovering Dubai. Outstanding food and hot drinks.

Comforts of well decorated room with balconies were fabulous. I liked that they had a safe, TV set, and a microwave. It had residential location close to Al Attar Shopping Mall.

There was a lot of food for breakfast, it was outstanding! The stuff where happy to help with any questions.

Everything was simply first-class. The hotel was fairly clean and had extremely pleasant rooms. Its location not too far from Bur Juman Shopping Center was favourable and unbeatable. And it was also next to metro and good mall. My room included a safe, TV set, and a microwave.

I booked a room with a comfy bed, a sofa bed, an iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card. Central location right by Sharaf and Bur Juman metros, taxis booked if required or supply of tea sachets multiple times, and Near by 3 supermarkets, it was in a very residential area.

Excellent central location, short walk to La Mer beach, the mall and the beach, and the mall / market / train station especially in 100 + degrees. Beautifully maintained and extremely pleasant room with a handy kitchenette and clean bathroom.

Breakfast average.

The staff were hard-working and provided us with above average and satisfactory breakfast for vegeterians. The location turned out to be comfortable and perfect, very close to malls and supermarkets and taxis.

Views were pretty bad.

Well decorated rooms with bathtub and balcony, for instance, satisfactory breakfasts. A nice interior. Elegant ambiance in a residential setting.

We had a great time during our romantic escape in this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a balcony where we could enjoy the view. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was also ideal, with several restaurants within walking distance and easy access to public transportation.

There were a couple of downsides. The gym was closed during our stay, which was a disappointment as we were looking forward to using it.

Very little apart from friendly staff

Small shower room, non-existant privacy (noise from neighbours due to very poor acoustics) noise from passages due to granite floor, inconsiderate cleaning staff noise, knocking pipes,extremely hard bed (we like firm beds), view into all the neighbours washing hanging out their windows, very limited crockery and cutlery for self catering

My stay was very nice, loved elegant vibes!

I have stayed here before, it's still a well priced and pretty standard hotel. Everything was perfect, the parking was on site, the room was well-maintained and extremely pleasant. This accommodation was in the central location close to the metro for getting around.
